Will you help me fix my issues or implement the suggestions on the live call?
Yes, as far as this is possible in the time we have available.
We use Zoom and I can take control of your screen and help you live on the call.
Will our call be recorded?
I will record the call and will share the recording with you, so during the call we can focus on helping you resolve your issue.
If you prefer the call not to be recorded, please let me know at the beginning of our session and I’ll stop the recording.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule after booking?
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the call, after which it’s neither possible to reschedule nor cancel, and I won’t be able to provide any refunds. Note that rescheduling a session isn’t guaranteed and must be made at least 48 hours before your original booked time.
What if my issue doesn’t get resolved?
I will try my best to address your issue live on the call, but the session is billed by time regardless of a successful outcome. Hence, depending on the nature of the issue you’d like to discuss or resolve, more than one session may be required.
