5.3. Text Functions: LOWER() & UPPER()

In cases where we have to deal with mixed-case dimension values, we can use the LOWER() and UPPER() text functions to set text to uppercase or lowercase.

These functions are useful for normalizing data, applying filters, and especially when dealing with case-sensitive functions.
